For software engineering and development, depending upon customer needs, SD Tech applies proven techniques and methodologies like "Waterfall" or Rapid Application Development (RAD) to build and modernize applications, to ensure that the software continues to meet the users needs, to infuse new technologies into the applications by integrating graphical and web-based user interfaces into legacy applications, and to introduce database technology specially designed for the Internet.
SDTech also provides Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V;), QA and Testing support for systems developed at customers' sites or by vendors under contract to federal customers. Our support activities include analyses, technology assessments, fact-finding studies, development of technical specifications and other activities that will aid in determining the system's ability to meet user needs and requirements.
